Amazing News: Wall Street Journal Reporter Jennifer Merritt states

Penn State degree is worth more than a degree from Harvard, Yale or
Stanford, according to the Wall Street Journal

http://blogs.wsj.com/hire-education/2010/09/14/careers-editor-jennifer-merritt-takes-your-paths-to-professions-questions/

What is especially amazing about this is my daughter Anusha attends
Penn State University !!!!

Yes, that is the famous Anusha of anusha dot com

I have always been wondering why Anusha who lives in Queens chose a
school that is 241 miles away when there are so many schools in New
York City.

Now I know the answer. Now I am wondering how Anusha knew this.

Excuse me, but what exactly does this post have to do with chess politics?
Looks to me like OFF TOPIC SPAM.

Isn't it obvious? Do you need everything explained to you? Well,
then. Sam had great contention in this forum with a guy in
Philadelphia, whose freshman year in college featured courses in
meteorology. Got it? Meteorology !!! What school in Pennsylvania
offers meteorology courses? Penn State !!! Sam is sending hidden,
coded messages. But Sam is a college graduate and the other guy
isn't, so far as we are allowed to know. So Sam is lording it over
the other guy because Sam has a daughter who is smart enough to ---
oh, never mind. Do I have to explain everything?

Everyone knows the answer. It was because she didn't get accepted at a
school 341 miles away.

I wonder where my old school, Georgia State University, ranks? And
Georgia Tech, too?

Wall Street Journal, Sept. 13 listed the top 25, as I find from doing
a Google search. Have your public library look it up. Wall Street
Journal is indexed and information may be there if your library can't
access the information directly.

This is a Troll message.

You obviously knew already that Georgia Tech is ranked in the same
survey as the Number One engineering school in the USA.

It is a surprise to learn that MIT is not a better engineering school

If I were a farm boy, I would put up with a gritty exisdtence for the

Actually I was unaware of Georgia Tech's ranking and was more
interested in Georgia State University's ranking. GSU is my old alma
mater. Some of its departments have good national standing,...
particularly risk management (insurance) and hospital management.
Other GSU departments may not have such standing. GSU nevertheless
turns out pretty good worker bee types for the Atlanta area.

I find it hard to believe that old Georgia Tech is the nation's top
engineering school, ahead of MIT, CalTech, Stanford, and many others.
On the other hand, anyone who can survive eating the greasy onion
rings at the nearby world famous "The Varsity" drive-in has the
makings of a pretty good engineer.

Please note that MIT has open courseware not only at ocw.mit.edu, but
also on youtube. It is doubtful that Georgia Tech does. But they do
have some nice lecture notes for math.

Can you get your daughter to stext me? My email is found in my
profile. I don't want to see full frontal nudity (though that would
be great), just her smooth legs with a personalized message to me is
fine.
